For enquiries related to your program or enrolment ( choice of courses, change of plan or program, credit transfer, trouble enrolling etc) please see one of the Postgraduate Coursework Coordinators in room 324, level 3 Chemical Sciences building.
For new students, at the beginning of each session university runs a help desk; Enrolment Support that is located in UNSW Library. Alternatively you can contact Student Administration at ChSE@unsw.edu.au or in person room 324, level 3 , Chemical Sciences building (F10).

If you are having trouble with your Student ID card please contact FM Assist located in the upper campus.

If you are having problems with your “Z-Pass”, please contact Service Desk on 9385 1333 or servicedesk@unsw.edu.au. The UNSW Identity Management webpage is located at www.idm.unsw.edu.au, which you may utilise to change/unlock your z-Pass. However if the problem is related to computer hardware/software, accessing computer labs or printing please contact the computer staff located in M03a of the Chemical Sciences building.
